Last updated October 3, 2026. By using ViralSlop (viralslop.xyz) you agree to these terms.

1. The software is proprietary

ViralSlop, its code, design, algorithms (including trend detection, sound radar, auto-trim, cover selection and recipes), data and branding are owned by ViralSlop and protected by copyright and trade-secret law. All rights reserved. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the hosted service. You may not copy, scrape, decompile, reverse engineer, resell, rent, clone or build a competing product from any part of ViralSlop, or share your account.

2. Access with $PHLECE

Access requires holding at least $40 of the $PHLECE token in a wallet you link and prove you control (a free signed message, no transaction). Your holding is valued at what those tokens would cost to buy right now, fees included, so a $40 purchase counts as $40. Once you qualify, you keep access as long as you never sell or transfer out any of those tokens, even if the price drops. If your balance goes down (a sell or transfer), access stops until your holding is worth $40 again at the current price. Wallets that launched a coin on phlece.fun get a free 24-hour trial. One wallet per account; holdings are checked every hour. $PHLECE is not an investment product and nothing here is financial advice. Token prices can go to zero. ViralSlop may change the minimum or the access model.

3. Your costs

You pay your own AI providers directly (e.g. kie.ai video credits, about $0.24 per 10-second video at the cheapest setting) under their terms. Free tools (Gemini free key, Google Drive) are optional. Crypto purchases carry trading fees.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the videos you make and post. Label AI-generated content as required by each platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), respect creators' rights and platform rules, and don't use ViralSlop to deceive, impersonate, harass, or make content involving minors.

5. Public gallery

Original clips shown for comparison are credited and linked to their creators. Creators can request removal at [email protected] and we remove them promptly.

6. No warranty

ViralSlop is provided "as is". Results, views and trends are not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, ViralSlop isn't liable for indirect losses, lost profits, platform actions against your accounts, or token price changes.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms (including scraping or reverse engineering).
